Drawing on its clients' years of experience, Conducttr has released a documentary series to generate discussion about how companies should make themselves more resilient.
Each of the five episodes tackles a different aspect, with the underlying theme being the need for changes in the way that companies prepare for threats to their business.
The series draws on real-life scenarios, from McDonalds adapting its menus to have more healthier options in reaction to what was emerging political/social attitudes towards obesity, to learning from mistakes made after the recent terror attack at the Ariana Grande concert in the UK in 2017, all with the aim of guiding executives and crisis management teams to being adaptable and better prepared.
