Emmanuelle Hervé started her career in India and in the Middle and Near East as a qualified engineer. She joined the US chemicals group DuPont de Nemours for which she developed the MENA market. Ten years ago, she returned to France where she pursued a career in crisis management consulting. She founded and is the managing director of EH&A. She is an expert in managing crisis in France and abroad and received the “excellent” crisis management agency award from the Leaders League magazine for the second time in 2019.
Hervé is Chairwoman of the AFNOR and the ISO Committees dedicated to the on-line reputation and an active member of the safety committee of CIAN (French Council of Investors in Africa). She is a UNIDO (United Nations Organization for Industrial Development) field expert, and crisis communication expert with BFMTV/LCI etc (Damage to reputation of brands and leaders).
The EH&A organisation serves global companies such as Shell, Total, L’Oreal, GE, Teleperformance, Pfizer, Lactalis, Bouygues etc, but also business of all sizes. It provide crisis preparedness services such as the creation of crisis plans, training in crisis management and crisis simulation. It is equally active in the operational management of open crisis situations.
